Horrible performance

running a AMD ryzen 9 5900 cpu and a 3080 gpu, 32gb ram, water cooled, and it runs like GARBAGE, yet i see posts of people still running 1060's and gtx series cards running it at solid frames, i legit constantly DIP below 60, sometimes to 20 frames depending on whats going on, any suggestions? i'm just dumbfounded that i can't get at least a smooth 60fps, and graphics settings makes no difference btw, i still get the same drops on ultra low or ultra high graphics, idk I HAVE A GOOD RIG WTFFF

The game definitely feels poorly optimized at this point....there are bigger issues though - like not even being able to enter the first map exit of the game "The Keeper's Camp"

Stop looking at FPS. turn off your monitoring systems, they just rob fun and make you hate the things you bought.

nope 1080p 32inch 165hz monitor, i have no clue why my performance is abysmall on games i should DOMINATE in performance

While I partially agree with you, OP does mention that he dips down to 20 fps. That's way too low to enjoy a game.

Offline for me don't work, just infinite loading trying to get into Old Road.

It runs perfectly fine. Issue is the delay or out right failure trying to enter a new area, or portal to town.

Not sure but I have no issues with a 13700k/3090. The volumetric lightning on ultra kills performance, but that is because I run a 4k screen. On high the game stays locked to 100.

You're doing something wrong.

Both my rigs ran this game perfectly fine!

you should, as I have a ryzen 1700 and a RTX 3060 (1440p) and I'm running the game just fine and dandy, above 80 fps most of the time with a very tiny drops here and there but nothing major really (never gone below 65 fps)
