Feature Request: Force Stop or Hold option

In every other ARPG ever made, shift is bound by default to holding your character in place. I would like to be able to press a key to stop my movement and hold myself in place in Last Epoch as well.

There's an option to move to attack in Gameplay section. Try to uncheck it and see if that does it. Though you'll probably need to wait for a fix to the left click binding.

That would solve moving on click but I also want to be able stop moving without having to use an ability.

This is the reason I refunded the game 10 minutes after I bought it when it was in early access a few months ago. I literally won't play a ARPG that does not have a force stop button. Also, it should work anytime its pressed (not just when you are attacking). Really not sure how this made it by QA.

20 years of ARPG mechanics that I have to forget every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time I attack is frustrating beyond believe. Seriously what the hell where they thinking.

They removed hold command and busted move to attack....Serious skill with this clown dev team.
