They give every new piece of new content for free by using this model.
Thank you. It doesn’t sound too bad. I have purchased other games from companies like Blizzard that were predatory. I will never buy another Blizzard game.
If, however, you suffer from something like gambling addiction that makes you an easy target to predatory monetization schemes, then it still might be wise to avoid.
They would be better off making DLC and charging for it there. The ‘live service’ model sucks.
I probably won’t as there are too many red flags for me. It seems too much like a Blizzard game with the in-app purchases and the ‘game as a service’. I personally don’t trust these models.
