character name in use
Whats up with that? I deleted my pre season characters and still cant use my names.
My friend got same problem. Cant make a new char with his old nickname but I am able to use his nicknames.

Yeah, seems like a weird restriction for an ARPG to require unique names, especially with no last name option.

Looks like deleting my old legacy characters worked, but took a while for it to catch up.

The problem is that the names that were moved probably also count here.

Its your Legacy chars causing it. name clashing

Did your names ever free up?

I can't find anything on how long - if ever - it takes for deleted character's names to be available again

Had the same problem. After logging in and out I could use the name.
