Can I Farm a Specific Item?

I looked into some database and couldn't find good information, but can we farm a specific item? Like, there's a specific boss, this specific boss has an item pool to drop, I can keep killing the boss over and over until I get lucky and drop the item I was looking for, is this possible?

I just dropped my very first set item, it's the Pebbles' Bitemarked Sash, it doesn't matter if it's good or bad, I just want the rest of the set, so I went to database to look for which boss or what could give me the other pieces, and it's only saying about "era".

They can come as random drop from anywhere, but if you wanna target a specific one, you can only do it in the Echos mentioned there. There are no boss specific drops as far as i know, or very very few.

Alternatively there is a rune that changes an item to a set item If I am not mistaking. If you are playing online you might be able to buy it from the bazaar from others worst case.

Pebbles is a world drop meaning that can drop everywhere. There are items that only drop from bosses (thats not one of them). With the rank 9 circle of fortune bonus once a set item drops.. every single part of it drops. But thats for far later since grinding rep takes some time.

You can target farm set items with set item reward node in monolith echos. But that could drop everything set specific.

At that point you probably won't use pebbles anymore tho.

Before getting into monos... you can only hope to get them via random drops.

You can boost chances but Pebbles is low level set so you only be using it on an alt or if you get lucky with drops (note belt and Relic are easy to get as they really low level 12 the Femur wand is harder with its level 30).

Boost chances with:
CoF prophecies take ones that give you set pieces for pebble slots. Also rank 9 makes all set parts drop at one.
Monolith unique/set nodes.
Or just buy via Bazaar need rank 2.
