Items not showing up on ground when playing with controller

I've tried pressing z and alt+z and it doesn't fix it. I've also read somewhere on controller that keybind on controller is bound to the right dpad. That doesn't work either. The only solution i've found that works is to leave game and relog in. Anyone else having this issue?

At one point I accidentally found that if you HOLD one of the D-pad directions for a second or two, you'll see "Ground tooltips - visible" or "ground tooltips - hidden" but I don't remember which D-pad direction it was.

What stylez said is correct. There's a keybind that hides all item names on the ground regardless of loot filter
