LAGSPIKE DUPLICATING ITEMS IN INVENTORY

I'm playing on EU west server , when the game lags in the city and you drag and drop your item in inventory its actually duplicating your item , creates a new one and leaves the one you picked up in it's old place.

Also crafting items while lagspikes happens can eating more resources than only one.
