Why I dislike Monolith (end game);
What game give us:

- Pre-end game from 58 to 90.
- Lvl 100 mob with corruption 100 mendatory.
- Echo with malus, which last for 2 or 3 echoes.
- End game system/map which to force us to get in our "hideout" (the area after echoes), to open a menu, to choose a new echo, etc.

We choose Monolith to focus, first ; because of blessing, second ; because of specific items, then we choose echoes to get reward of our choise, but we get malus we don't want (which summ). and sometimes reward is not well during chaining echoes.

To my opinion I would rather:

Lvl up faster and get around lvl 80-90 by doing campaign not around lvl 50-60.
Have no pre end game with 58-90 monoliths. Monoliths have to begin lvl 100 monsters.
Have an echoes system like rift in D3, you open random map and can chain it without comming out and have to chose a new one. You can teleport (without reseting or getting out) to use bank, etc.
The difficulty system have to be 2 ways:
- The corruption lvl (by 10 or 50 steps); you do normal echoes and after some stability (500 or 1000 never mind), you can do the boss (without these sh!tty quests to do before) , and after defeting boss, you can upgrade your echoes by 1 step of corruption (ONLY IF YOU WANT TO PUCH THE DIFFICULTY) like torment/monster lvl in D3 for instance.
This give you more reward by step of corruption of course. And you have to defeat boss in corruption lvl x to increase to the next one.
And more; you can if you want, choose to apply 1 to 5 random modifiers to get more rewards (quantity/quality). Maybe this can be unlock only by step of corrption so 100 = one modifier, 200 = two, etc.

And to focus your rewards in these echoes, you use profecies system, because other faction have trade wich is a good way to get item (don't have to focus because buying).
And now you do monoliths because of blessing, and boss drop. And sometime it's not the boss it's Orobyss, or something other to farm Orobyss.

With this we can stop cumulated some random factors (blessing + monolith's specific items + echo specific reward combinated with players reward combinated with monsters modifiers).
Something more linear and controllable which dificulty increase by step.

Because stop give me more xp by echoes modifiers, give me more xp by default, and stop combinated echoes rewards and echoes monsters modifiers.
Because matters:
- You focus a monolith to get specific items, but you only farm the same blessing, so if you change you don't focus specific items...
- You focus rewards in echoes but get malus you don't control/want or choose you malus (monster modifiers) but don't get the reward wanted...
It's not very well designed, imo of course.

i like monolith i dont like the other endgame dungeons
