Who balanced this game? Blizzard?

Going from a shaman to a falconer is night and day.

On my falconer it’s pure ez mode. My shaman was borderline frustrating to play.

Any other OP or UP classes out there?

Most games take a decade to pile up enough power creep to require a full rebalancing pass. Imagine one coming out on day 1 with this much of it! Yikes!

The hell are you talking about? There's no difference difficulty in PoE either. You can also go zoom-zoom all you want in PoE.

In Last Epoch, you lose your stash and gold after you died. You are transferred to Cycle's standard, essentially.

The only glaring difference between the two is this: Last Epoch still doesn't have League Contents.

Ruthless mode (also known as Hard Mode) is a character creation flag that significantly increases the difficulty and changes the playstyle of the game by opting-in to extreme item scarcity and various other changes.

You can play ruthless hardcore or softcore or normal hardcore or softcore. So obviously you don't know what you're talking about.

It's clear you are not even trying to argue the point anymore. I'm sorry that you interpret me being right as being a snob but I guess some people are like that rather than being open to learning something new they didn't know beforehand or would initially disagree with.

As with any game, you can gimp your character and with LE there is significant emphasis on the Passive trees and how you develop skills, not just on getting the best loot.

I wouldn't use them as definitive guide. Some are outdated like runemaster. Still good for base guide. That said warlock is ridiculous OP. If anything it should have its own tier called badaSStier

The only problem with the site is it assumes we have rare full gear at level 1 of all things. Does this site have poverty builds for a zero start? I feel like I'm not good enough to run what they recommend due to the whole "have every piece fully crafted" bit they insist on.
