Does Rune of Creation still exist?

I have been getting all the other runes, but I never see this specific rune of creation anymore and wondering if it still in the game. I remember getting them in the beta and it lets you duplicate one of your gears which was incredibly useful for using for legendary gear in case it did not get the stats you wanted.
