oh yeah, screen shake is another one that's not needed in any game ever.
and yes, they always make up for all these effects, even in "healthy" people they often lead to headaches, dizziness and nausea, besides, they only make games look worse
If a simple enemy flash cause you an issue then that lightning I mentioned will be a problem for you since most of the screen flashes brightly.
The first occurrence is at the location named "The Dreadnaught's Deck" and the other is at the island where you find Lagon.

good to hear it. However, better be ready for it. As I mentioned, at least in my 4k fullscreen, that's quite bright and sudden and it happens pretty often.
