Did you drag the key to the place on the popup?
you have to manually drag and drop the key from your inventory into the 'hole' in the mini window that pops up when you click on the dungeon door
it's easy to miss
Actually that situation was so weird and frustrating i just quit the game, was looking forward to play some different content instead of the usual grind.... well... i guess you really have to pay attention in those dungeons no matter the level.. welp..
Its a little bit sad that the game doesnt tell you the stakes...
Because really if you die you gain nothing... for one key that drops 1 time in 35 hours.
It's true that keys are too far and few inbetween during campaign, but in Monoliths and with the faction prophecies you can target farm some keys and get them at a way faster pace then 1 in 35 hours
I still dislike the system, but at least it gets better in Monoliths + Circle of Fortune
