Runemaster - Unable able to attain 3 runes

I'm at a complete loss with this, the idea is I'm supposed to cast Lightning, Fire, FIre runes to conjure the Hydrahedron skill. But my rune bar maxes out at 2 runes no matter what combination of skills I use. I didn't have this issue prior to 1.0.

Am I missing something glaringly obvious here?

Do you have an item or a passive that somehow limits the runes, or something that auto-consumes the 3rd rune? I know there's an idol that limits you to 1 rune - not sure about 2 though.

Thanks for the quick response, it turns out it was a Unique Idol.

Unvar's Hegemony - "Once you have two Runes for Runic Invocation your runes cannot change until they are consumed"

Just a slightly embarrassing learn to play issue on my part

Like stylez said, there are 2 idols that limit your runes. One limits it to 2 and the other limits it to jsut 1.
