Autocast question

Hello, i m playing a build with a skill autocasted using the "bloc Num trick" and everything work fine on my desktop PC but can do that on my laptop cause i have no bloc num button, and using the virtual keyboard doesn't work. I can do that plugging an usb external keybord but it's not very practical. There is a way to use that autocast on laptop ( using an msi last generation)

It's not really an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ feature, it's more like an unwanted behaviour that isn't fixed or changed yet:

Another way would be AHK, but I suppose that would probably be against TOS. I wouldn't use that actually.
