Missing online Character

installed todays patch, now my online character is missing, i have to create a new one.... is there a way to recover online characters?

One of my characters won't load and just gives me lost connection each time. Other characters work fine.

Looks like they might have some server side save corruption issue going on. :S

same, was leveling up and got disconnect to update the game and now i cant use my character bcs i keep getting Lost Connection

Bumping your thread because I want to increase visibility of these issues. Disappearing characters and save corruption should not be a thing in any online game.

Same problem here. Creating new char works fine but certain chars just say "connection to game server lost"... Great

Same problem. I found this problem 2month ago but they don't fix it.

i had the same, i had to reboot everything, internet router, comuter etc and it showed again

Is there any updates on this issue? I loaded back up last epoch and there is no online character... I'm about to request a refund because this is ridiculous....

Characters being randomly deleted has been an issue for years now, so far I've lost three characters since 2020. I just lost a level 98 character today for no reason after loading up the game. It's extremely frustrating. Nearly 500 hours played and I'm about to just uninstall because I don't want to risk losing another character I've spent effort building.
