Experimental gear effects

The skill "Experimental Minions Transported with Traversal Skills" is found on boots dropped by the Exiled Mage (random) I have several.

My question is how do I add the effect to a Unique to make it a legendary with that effect ?

I have sealed the skill, but won't let me put the item into the temporal forge.

Press alt, it tells you it's not shard-able
Experimentals drop and stay on the item the mage drops

You will have to find an Experimental that is also Exalted (has a T6 or T7 affix). It will be a very rare drop.

(Unique with LP) + (Exalted) can combine into legendary.

Also I don't think a sealed affix will move to a legendary, but not sure on that.

Yeah can't seal the effect, needs to be a Exalted boots, that drop with an experimental effect, very very rare from Exiled Mage. Oh well, at least I know what I need to find now.

The drop items that have unique effects that can't be replicated by a shard effect. Your loss !
