if i play cyberpunk in 1440p with raytracing on my pc would explode at 10fps
meanwhile last epoch runs locked 60fps with 45% gpu load to spare.
I can compare with D4, where graphics way better than LE, but I got 50-60 FPS there. Cyberpunk has raytracing, that consumes tons of resources and still gives me better FPS.
Don't make performance complaints without listing your specs
A good idea is to try to check your settings and change em and test it out before you try to drag the game down implying it cant handle fps.
And right after purchasing I was heavily dissapointed - it had potato graphics with awful performance.
But developers didn't surrender and kept optimizing game. And now, we are back again in situation where game is heavily unoptimized.
What, I don't deserve a good product? Ofc I will reduce setting and try to play, but developers have to know that they got a problem with performance.

I do hope AMD will tweak the next lot of drivers for this game, I go from 170 FPS to 17. (that's playing Necro with pets)
I've tried everything. So I got FPS increase only from:
- reducing screen space reflections, it gave me like 2 fps
- reducing volumetric lighting, this one gave me all fps I needed.
Other options don't affect fps in my case.
ultra volumetric lighting: 200fps 350watts
very high vol. lighting: 240 fps 280watts

So in both cases your system is failing to manage the settings you are trying to run the game at, maybe that should tell you something. If you can only hit 45 FPS in cyberpunk you are hitting some sort of limitation, probably VRAM, how it reacts to that shortage is probably different from how Last Epoch reacts to a similar shortage. Which settings push you over the edge are irrelevant, volumetric lighting is certainly a heavy user of VRAM.
