Monolith Questbug plus Monsters wont disappear when they dying

Since the last patch my friend and me got the same bug its about the monolith quests if you accept them like normal you will be port in and if you kill the monsters they wont disappear they stay around like living monsters but they are dead and you cant finish the quest which is needed to open the last green portal to get your rewards so its totaly bugged out now.

My Friend and me had the same Bug, we both restarted the Game and seemed to have fixed it, since then we had no Problems.

my friend and i have this issue. If we play together monolith quests will not complete, corpses will not go away and they still do damage after death. If we break up the party the problems still persist until we restart the game. But if we group up again the problem comes back.
We cannot group so we cannot trade items so going Circle of Fortune has been a total failure.
