They tank hardcore like it's stroll in the park, just stack health on hit and bleed/damage over time on rare items in the beginning. They have great sustain through buffs and healing skills also, the dps can be great depending on your build, they're not as fast as rogues or mages, but they never have to worry about dying to a boss.
Use Rive with Lunge as a gap closer, it's important since your sustain heavily rely on hitting anything, if you're not close to the boss then you could potentially die.
The root cause of D4 is a bloated team, especially diversity hires in it that would fail even basic math tests in 5th grade and that somehow were in charge of damage calculation.
That also means critical patches are coming way too slowly.
Its 2024. Holy trinity is not only a thing in MMORPG's anymore.
There are plenty of games that have one or something similar to a holy trinity system: Divinity 1 and 2. Every DnD based game including Baldurs Gate 3. Certain shooters have a light version of it, with medics and support classes you can play as. Examples: Battlefield and Remnant 1 and 2. The Dark Souls/Elden Ring series offer ways to make a tank, heal or pure dps build so spice things up. And some survival games have it as well, like Conan Exiles.
A holy trinity adds fun and interesting extra gameplay and teamplay elements. Me and my wife always enjoyed those games where we could play as a tank and heal duo the most. Hence my question.
That's not true at all.
