I am also experiencing this issue.

It seems to be only the [Player Health bar] that doesn't display anymore whether the option is toggled on or off, damage numbers for instance still display or hide when changing it in the settings.

I've tried restarting the game, Steam and my PC and stopped playing for a couple hours assuming it might have been a server side issue? Both online and offline are the same, tried launching with it toggled on then again with it toggled off, no luck.

I found 2 threads online in the LE forums but there was no fix nor was it addressed by the devs so unsure what to do now. I reported it in-game but it didn't let me attach an image so I guess we just wait.

I noticed this as well. I would really appreciate a fix for this from the developers. This seems to have been broken in the last patch. As mentioned above, the health bars above enemies and minions works, but health bar above player character does not.

I have the same problem. In my case health bar is displaying in online mode, but in offline mode unfrotunatelly I can't see health bar for my character.

yeah same for me. it shows on online characters and doesn't on offline characters

Same, works online not offline. Really annoying deaths have resulted, I put the game down 'till it's fixed.

Might not as big of an issue if the game told you when you got hit. The "getting hit" feedback in this game is atrocious. Heck I'm not even sure there is any.
