Beer drops
What's up with the beer drops? Once in a while a beer will drop instead of a potion, but I don't see any difference between the beer and the regular potion drop.

Am I missing something?

It increases your cancer risk over a regular potion.

Saw this once. Bottle on floor called "beer" in red font. I was wondering why I couldn't pick it up, I guess my pots were full.
