IS TOO DAMN HIGH!

Jokes aside, the grind needed is unnecessary.
I KNOW it's shared between characters, etc. etc.

Still. The hours needed to unlock new features is annoyingly elevated.
People WILL spend hours and hours even without all this crazy grind.

Kindly cut it down?

The grind is there so that it's not trivial to max rep for both factions.
