Crashing whenever entering yulia's haven - anyone got a similiar issue or a fix?

Ima bit baffled here and just want to see if anyone have experienced similiar issues.
I have been playing completely fine for multiple sessions and around 20 hours and not experienced any crashes before.

However... Whenever i try to enter the zone Yulia's Haven, my game crashes during the loading screen. I can portal to surrounding zones and hubs just fine, but that one particular zone just instant kills my game.

Trying restarting game/PC, limiting frames, verifying game cache and similar sort of approaches in graphical settings, but nothing change the outcome.

Anyone who have the same issue with this zone, or a similar issues with another zone they managed to find a fix for?
