Is there a loot filter hub?

I'm currently playing an ice sorcerer, just realized there are loot filters in this game (thanks diablo for ruining what I expect from a game smh). It's super cool you can import them too. I'm wondering if there's a database or hub for loot filters so I can import one.

they tend to very complicated and kinda difficult to understand.. imo, it's better to make your own because then you'll know exactly what it's doing.

Yeah, it would be nice if people making filters would actually tell you what all the colors mean and not make you guess, or go through the filter line by line to figure it out.
