Forceful Swipe interactions with aspect of the Panther

Since I cannot see buffs on my pets, does anyone know how "Forceful Swipe" interacts with the "Aspect of the Panther" and its upgrades? will the bear give itself the stacks and get more physical damage (as well as the attack speed) or provide me with stacks?

Was wondering the same thing. The game lacks a lot when it comes to information on skills and stats.
