Disintegrate ignite and shock chances

So, is there a bug or something?, I have 96% ignite chance and I get about 2 or 3 stacks on bosses, this can't be right... right?

i can't speak to ignite specifically, but yes the shock chance is definitely bugged and makes its conversion thing completely worthless

Either CHANNELED abilities or CHANNELED abilites with DAMAGE OVER TIME (i think its the latter) do not recieve your chances to inflict aliment ON HIT.
Your best luck is to find nodes in abliity tree which grant chances PER SECOND or something that converts ON HIT chances to PER SECOND chance.

Looked at build planner, there is one such node for disintegrate, Dragon Tongue.

Update, for anyone interested: I fund a piece of armor with 111% chance to ignite ON HIT with FIRE SKILLS, and this is working like a charm with Disintegrate, I'm piling up 20+ stacks in any chonky mob in 2 secs. more than doubling my damage output. It would be safe to assume that when it reads X-skills, counts any action that uses that skill, dot, spell, melee. Cheers!
