Played for 7 hours. Stuck on the plot when teleporting. I had to re-login. I can't go in anymore.

Just keep trying, it should let you in eventually. Servers are fine, it's an issue with the matchmaker.

got the same message every time i login on euw, changing server solved it
edit: and changing back to euw ingame and switching area
