Cast speed breaks Spirit Plague

Hey. Noticed that a couple of weeks ago. When you exceed a certtain amount of cast speed, Warlock's Spirit Plague just breaks. It means you can no longer apply stacks of debuffs on enemies as well as buffs on you. It is fixed by reducing the cast speed, however it must not work like this I guess.

Also didn't see any fixes in the patchnotes. Has anybody got any info about it?

hmm...seems like something they should take a look at...and how debuffs stack in general.
