Jormuns Wrath (in Warcry) bugged after update

I'm noticing that Jormun's Wrath is not freezing enemies with Warcry anymore after the update today. It's reverted to stunning them. I'm still noticing frostbite being applied, but enemies are just being stunned now instead of frozen. Don't know if this effects freeze rate multiplier. I have tried to respec and the bug still exists.

Im noticing the same and so is my friend, hope this gets patched and that it doesn't effect the damage buff to frozen enemies and freeze rate multiplier.

might just be a visual bug, they appear to just be stunned

As far as I could tell with various freeze abilities on the primalist, it's a visual bug. They are still frozen but don't show the animation.
