First launch, can't connect. I'm not the only one according to Discord threads. Troubleshooting useless.

This will do NOTHING to help fix this problem. Its the account. Accounts 1, runs on every computer. Account 2, runs on zero computers.

Did more troubleshooting. Its not a PC or internet problem. Its an account problem. I have multiple accounts. One can log in, one cant. On the same computer. On another computer, exactly the same. The accounts are not being set up correctly. There is NOTHING you can do. They have to fix it.

Interesting...never had this issue with my other games. Hopefully they see this and it helps trace the cause.

As of 03-13-2024 ... I have been playing offline,.. and decided to try out the online version of the game for the first time today...

Same problem ... 2 separate computers. Tried to use the online mode today, and all I get it is a swirling screen in the middle and eventually an ERROR - LE-52.

Does not work on the commercial high-speed fiber-optic internet ... which does not have any ISP filtering or routers that can block. It also does not work on our guest Wifi router with a completely different internet connection/host either.

The odd thing is that My guests, and brother-in-law with their laptops, who have played online for weeks now ,... they can still connect just fine and use these same internet connections and play online ... so it is certainly NOT my internet here.

It has to be a bug in the game (maybe last update?) while connecting. No other game has issues playing online.

The system is not setting up new accounts properly. I have been posting it everywhere hoping they read it. They finally did and have found the issue and are working on it.
