Arena Champion , every time the same.

From my Faktion i should Kill Arena T2 Crimson Blade, so i did Arena t2. 1 time, 2, 3 ,4,5 times then a t3 arena. EVERY time the same champion, Wolfman.
A Guide for the Arena said "Which champion spawns for each Arena run is random"
Is that true?
Did i miss somthing?

here I am in the future, and this is also happening to me - The Crimson Blade for T2 of Arena is needed for prophecy, and I just get the same Wolfman over and over again.

Clearly they need to learn a lesson in how to make the not-actually-random numbers a computer can puke out look believably random. Trendless is how you do that, not literally letting the not-actually-random output just run amok and it creates its own predictable trends that are not seemingly or even actually random.

Oops, I just looked it up, apparently, its f-ing times based, so actually worse.

Better wait till the proper hour! for the correct boss. I despise this sort of thing in a game that no, is not actually an MMO, and no, it was not ok there either.
