Impossible to play. Lost connection all the time

Every 2-5-10 mins (randomly) connection is lost. I have perfect internet, 40 ms ping, EU West server, but still, I cannot even clear ONE area. Im tired of it. How much time I should wait to get servers fixed by devs? I want to play this game everyday but I cannot touch it. I ragequit and wait 2-3 days, try again, rage quit again. And I dont need offline char

I just got off a 3 hour session from EU West. Not a hitch, no rubberbanding, no disconnect.

No idea what is wrong for you, but it does not seem to be a generic EU West server problem. Maybe a thorough network diagnosis would help you. Open a case and maybe support sees smth on their side.

Almost same here.Im playing on EU West stable internet with 20ms and clean conection. Conection is lost almost every instance change. When I play with friends and get dc I have to log back in then out and in again for the game to not instantly disconect when trying to rejoin the party instance. Tried every possible advice that I found online (dnsflush,8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4,file verification,router restart,etc...) nothning changed. I wonder if the devs are even aware of this issue.

Same here. Playing in US West. Just bought the game yesterday, and I constantly get disconnected from server when playing in a group. About to refund...

same issue here running 1000mbit fiber line with low ping on EU west....

Been suffering the same issue for the last few days myself. Effectively the game is now unplayable. Meanwhile I'll keep an eye on this thread whilst i find other games to play.
