Enemies stop losing health and become "immortal" bug

Hey everyone,

It happens second time to me - out of nowhere, enemies just stop losing health and become immortal and the only way to fix this is restarting the game - annoying, when u spend 15 min to make your way to a boss and then u have to restart,
I am playing full offline mode.

Anyone suffered this issue ?

It's server lag. Run away and wait a bit for the game to stabilize then try again.

Even for offline mode ? Cause I've tried traveling to different locations, moving back and to ... same result. At least for 5 min before I quit the game and restart

Ive never had this issue and i play only online.

Never seen it myself, haven't seen anyone mention it before either. If you are playing offline with mods the mods could be the cause.

Do you have sigils of hope with the node to auto heal, Faith?

I'd just like to update the topic - this problem for me reached the point where the game is unplayable - I cannot progress further because in the Altar of Flesh (the end of the first monolith) - either the boss (after destroying all soul vessels) or the soul vessels become immune to all dmg in each playthough. This happens even to my paladin now - I am also becoming immune to all kind of dmg. My best attempt on the abomination so far was to drop it ot 2% HP before it becomes immune again.
Not to mention the otehr bug where my char becomes stuck between the vesses and the boss and cannot move in either direction and only teleport / dying / game restart helps with that - i.e. start all over.

I am NOT using any mods
I am playing OFFLINE

I've raised support ticket since I am really stuck on this and I'd love to progress my pally further.

I have the same problem and play 100% offline. The bug doesn't occur reproducibly, but it occurs far too often and takes away my enjoyment of the game.
The only solution for me is to restart the entire game, otherwise the game crashes back to the desktop after a while.

You can find some similar experiences on the Internet, some from the early access era. It's very unfortunate that the bug apparently hasn't been fixed to date.

You becoming immune to dmg as well as the mobs as well as not being able to move or rubberbanding makes it sound like you just basically lagged out of the server even if you say you're offline. honestly weird bug.

Thanks for sharing this guys, at least now I know it's not a unique bug tied to my game only.
It's a bit shame knowing for how long the game was in EA that such problems still happens - hopefully these will get fixed with future patches
