(7% to 10%) Increased Experience - Does it affect the favor I gain with Circle of Fortune ?
(22% to 50%) Increased Body Armour Drop Rate - If I know I want a Unique Body Armor that is also a Random Drop like Titan Heart, does this blessing help me ?

Also, If I have more then 100% chance to apply frailty, and it has max stacks, does going over 100 give something else ? I know shred is different cause it doesn't have a cap.
