Ya, I don't know what happened, but after the patch enemies just started becoming Invisible. Also it seems to lag spike heavily when she transition out of void realm phase right after you engage her. Literally can't kill her because of it.

Same situation here! She became invisible!

She was invisible for me as well. Verify game files worked for me. If that doesn't, try full reinstall.
