Add option to change mastery
Got to the lvl 89, done most of the things currently in game, for past 30 hours I didn't change my play style. Wanted to change it by trying something different but found out I cannot change my mastery.
Not sure what is the point behind this but I am not going to level another character just to do the exact same thing.
The exploration is severely hindered by this and after I realized I cannot change mastery, it was already too late and I despecialized all my skills. I can probably get it back in an hour but I don't see the point.
I will probably return for next season, but honestly I hope this will be changed by than.

Yeah it's very surprising you can not change masteries seeing how the game shows a big fat warning when you choose a mastery about not being able to change it once you chose it and wants you to double-confirm you are sure.
If only there was a hint...

but found out I cannot change my mastery.
You find this out when you pick the mastery; the game warns you that the choice cannot be undone.

I choose the mastery I wanted to play as I mention I played it for 30hours. I got bored of it.

Still doesnt change the fact this restricion doesn't provide any benefit to the game.

These coy answers will slow down and be replaced by people agreeing with you before too long. They just haven't reached that moment of wanting to play another build with their high level character and needing to reroll to do so.

Funny thing is people are not even aware of all the items in the game. I just hope this change will come sooner than later.

There's nothing "coy" about stating the fact that the game warns you mastery choice is permanent. It's literally the only permanent choice for your character.

Seeing that you can get to your mastery at lvl 17 and reaching lvl 17 is less than 2 hours of play time, it's an easy solution.

But you reaching a high level and getting bored with your build, that is still a you problem. And I am sure it will happen again.

Arpgs have always been played like that, roll another character. Repsecing ruins any character building. I blame blizzard and D3 for this mentality.

Still don't understand what is a single positive thing behind locking it :D

But you aren't going to be doing the exact same thing. You're going to be trying something different. Right?

By your logic, since it's "the exact same thing", they should just let us change classes entirely. I mean, leveling Sentinel vs Mage is just a different playstyle, it's the exact same thing.

I mean the whole reason is to build characters and find loot for those builds. Take that away and you may as well just start everyone at max level and be done with it.
