eternity cache - unique upgrading

Can someone tell me please, how do i upgrade exsanguinous in eternity cache? Noble Raiment is legacy and nondrop, as far as i understand, which base item do i need?

You need a unique Item with LP(Legendary Potential). The number of LP is how many affixes you can upgrade the unique Item with. The higher LP the better. Also you need a prepared exalted item with affixes you want for your unique.
So for exsanguinous you need an exalted armor to be able to combine it. The specific Item base is not relevant because only prefixes and suffixes can be transferred.

ok, tried again, it worked this time. Maybe it was a bug or i`m blind, had no problem with helmet, but it was acolyte helmet to acolyte helmet, and for acolyte armor to exsanguinous button was not active last time, so i thought, base have to be exactly the same.
