I'm done with LE Back TO D4
Definitely, Diablo IV is better than LE at all levels. First of all, Blizzard will never lose your characters if Steam Family Sharing was active in that game.

Secondly, I was forced to do the same campaign again, which was very boring. The story seems to be written by a 12-year-old kid.

Diablo has 44 MS in any area, while this game only has Monolith and it gets old fast because it’s poorly balanced. It’s more of a flashy game than a quality one, considering it’s 1.0.

After I lost access by playing on a different account, D4 is still better. It offers me at least 2k hours because I play for the long run.

Nightmare Dungeons are more enjoyable than Monolith. Monolith is only flashy, that map with objectives switches your mind. It’s kind of mind control, but it’s basically the same as Nightmare Dungeon. The only difference is you get more loot in Nightmare and it’s more fun, and servers don’t work in pictures.

So yeah, what can I say, good luck with a game of 90k players. It went down in 2 weeks, lol.

I’m going to play a game for millions of people and make friends daily.

Oh, another thing. I played Normal Mode when I was a 7-year-old kid until 12. Then I started to play the campaign on hard or more challenging. The campaign in LE is 9 chapters only to be LONG and BORING.

Just for sociologists to keep you in-game, the loot is crap and nothing is amazing. In D4, I farm for Uber Uniques, I have all, but I chase something.

I hope you guys don’t go down like Wolcen. It was an amazing game but was followed by amateurs.

And keep in mind, if the guys worked 5 years and it runs like that, there’s no point for the future. And can you imagine how Diablo IV will be in 5 expansions like LE in 5 years? In my opinion, no one will play any ARPG after 5 years of Diablo IV. The problem with people is they forget how a game starts and they only like it when it transforms completely and forget how it was at the start.

Diablo 3 was good in Vanilla because it was hard to get anything, you had a reason to farm. In ROS, it did 10 times better.

I don’t advise you to play Diablo IV right now if you don’t enjoy the content as it is. But keep in mind, ARPG is a game where you farm items and build characters, and all games, old and new, in that genre don’t have many endgames. You enjoy it or not, it’s simple.

I enjoyed 10k hours of Diablo 3, I have 7k paragon, I don’t like POE and never will.

If I want a chore game, I will choose a Souls game anytime where you really use your brain and not guides from the internet.

I have almost 3k hours in Diablo IV, 1.1k on Steam and the rest on Battle.net. I’ve been playing Diablo IV from Day 1, June 2023.

I only stopped it for 2 weeks, that’s it. When you don’t enjoy a game, and you don’t have a potent PC to see graphics, perfect animations, etc., immersion, which is very important for an ARPG game, is not worth it.

People beg for endgame but 90% don’t know what they want or how to get the items.

What I know for sure, all D4 hate is positive even if you consider it negative. Negative for a game like D4 can’t hurt. The game gets 1 expansion per year. 10 expansions, hmm, how many endgames will it have… who knows. If you think, you will not have time to play all.

A friend told me there are too many activities in D4, but I said and I will say anytime, Diablo IV on my 4090 runs better than LE. D4 has DLSS at max 2k Quality, never drops below 200 fps and it consumes 230W. LE doesn’t have DLSS, works at maximum fps, drops when you look at items which is stupid and consumes 430W. And yeah, maybe I’m poor and care about energy bills because I built this computer not only for gaming, but also for streaming, YouTube, etc.

A game that consumes 430W and looks like that is not okay, and in 2024, also a game without DLSS means Nvidia doesn’t trust the game too much. So keep in mind, devs take our characters because of Family Share, because they can’t control trades. Well, Blizzard was smart when they didn’t allow trades with uniques, etc., even though people begged. In an era when people buy items because they’re too lazy to play a game, trades should be closed.

“So, I hope Last Epoch will get better. For me, you’ve lost the ticket, I’m going back to Diablo IV. Monolith is the same as Fazer in Torchlight 3… no thanks.”

another guy comparing LE, an Indie studio that was founded through kickstarter and started on reddit, comparing to a multi billion dollar company... thats just funny to me
