who else is using the SQUIRREL build?
i am at lvl 87 and almost giving up, i am missing 3 uniques for this build
BUT
i am thinking i am not liking it
idk, it does not feel good o powerful

When you say "max" do you mean 75% or 175%?

You need 175% Resists in level 100 zones. If you only have 75%, you are effectively at -25%.

how do i get to that? only if i had the option to equip two pieces of each gear LOL
i just got to lvl 100 monoliths, still have to do them all again for the empowered blessings
Not sure. I think you just do your best.

I know most monoliths have certain damage types that are most common, though, so you can switch around certain Resistances depending on what you are fighting.

yeah idk what it is, i just dont have the julra's gloves from the maxroll guide.

i changed the build a little today but picking more dodge and the health nodes to minions instead of damage in the wolf tree it helped a little
but if my characters gets hit i die easily

Never over cap resist. You are better off increasing things like health,armor and dodge.

I dunno how much more clear they can be.

And yeah, getting resists decently high is generally all you need, going over 75% is ONLY desirable at all if you have something scaling off uncapped resists (and most of those aren't worth getting a ton from what I remember)

Enemies penetrating resistances is the exact same thing as resistances lowering. Saying the cap doesn't arbitrarily change for that distinction is just bizarre.

And yeah, it is extremely straightforward. It sounds very easy to "balance" when it is impossible to actually build resistances against the enemy damage types. It's so straightforward that it takes an entire facet of character building and renders it pointless.

But seriously, you think giving every character -25% to all Resistances at level 100 isn't janky as crap? It's not like getting 75% in all resistances is difficult. My last character tore through everything, and I had it up to 150% in every resistance. It just becomes a checkbox rather than a character decision.

What?

You can build resistance. It's very useful, just not critical and build defining because it's not as overwhelming strong as many other games where resist is the MOST IMPORTANT stat in the game by far.

Characters don't get -25% resist at level 100, not sure what you think happens.

And shred is an effect on you. It's pretty different from penetration because it lowers your resistance in the character screen.

This is completely wrong. Anything over 75% does absolutely ZERO when it comes to res pen.

Res shred will be affected by res % over 75. U don't need much 10%-15% over capped is fine
