How long does the "leveling" take?
I don't really play ARPG's, and from what I understand most of the game takes place in the end-game so my question is how long should you expect until you reach the end-game/finished with leveling?

EDIT: Finish with leveling is a whole other storie though, it will take time to reach the final 10 to 20 levels.

Oh? When does end-game start then if its not after leveling?

Depends who u ask. End game starts in monoliths. First area is lvl 58. Others may think end game starts when u have empowered monoliths aka corrupted monoliths

When you reach it by following the main quest/storie line, i think i was around level 55 when i reached the start of the end game, if you know PoE then the maps are the end game for PoE, here its time traveling to isle and clearing them, its LE version of the map system from PoE.

EDIT: in games like thise ARPG its not about rushing to the end game, its about the journey and making you build, when you reach max level and have the gear you want you are done with that toon really, i can almost see by you text that you want the game to be over before you started on it, its a shame because the whole journey before you reach to the end is the game, the end is the end, its not an mmo like GW2, WoW, ESO and so on remember that.

EDIT2: Thats why most of thise genre have seasons, as players have reached the end on their current toon and build so a new season starts with new game mechanics, atleast in PoE this is true, Diablo 4 not so much, still diablo 4 also have seasons where you start all over on a new toon and maybe with a new build.

Thank you for the answers, I've only played a little Diable 2 and Torchlight 2 before so I don't know much about ARPG's but since I heard these games revovles around end-game I thought that's when the game kind of "began".

You will get to a point where you WILL have multiple low level 3 legendary potential items that 1shoot everything and you can enter monos aka endgame as low as lvl 12-13.
The past 5 builds i made i have yet to complete the campaign because all you get is 1 to all attributes which is nothing endgame but if i play a build that needs that 1 to all it usually takes 1hr to get to lvl 60 then another hour to get 15/15 sp's and unlock all idol slots and then just farm monos till 100 / finish the rest of the campaign when you feel like it.
This all depends on the build and preferred playstyle of course and in theory it might take less time because i usually like to kill everything since you can potentially get very good loot from even lower level monsters.
