User end problem.
That's a user issue. I run the game at 2560 x 1440 everything is crisp.
I have switched it to test things out for bug reports only time it's ever been hazy is when it's not set to my monitors native res.
When I switch to 1920 × 1080 I get that haze ur speaking of. However if I switch to my second monitor which is native 1920 x 1080 it's all crisp.
This is all on ur end.
I'm also running the game at max settings ultra
If it really IS a me problem I wonder if it's a backlight issue. 55-60 on my backlight setting is a huge difference in terms of brightness, but 0-55 and 60-100 doesn't feel like much changes.
