Why Is This Game So Bright And Dark At The Same TIme?!
Like the title asks, why the hell is this game so bright but so dark at the same time? Like the game itself looks washed out as all hell, and the UI is so dark I can barely see what I'm doing. I've screwed around with my in-game settings, my monitor settings, my PC settings, my Nvidia settings, I can't find anything that resolves either of these issues. Am I missing something or did the developers simply not care about fidelity?

It looks fine to me, so it must be a bug or some conflicts on your end.

I've spent the last 3 hours trying to figure it out. I'm getting to the point where I'm just not gonna play this game.

Sounds like a config issue on your end dude; I have no issues seeing the game clearly in some of its darkest zones

It's not. And I ruined a preset I really liked trying to figure it out. The UI is clean and crisp but everything else has a layer of haze to it. It's a problem on the games end. You guys probably don't notice it because you got used to it by now.

Nope, never seen this. Thus never "got used to it"

User end problem.

That's a user issue. I run the game at 2560 x 1440 everything is crisp.

I have switched it to test things out for bug reports only time it's ever been hazy is when it's not set to my monitors native res.

When I switch to 1920 × 1080 I get that haze ur speaking of. However if I switch to my second monitor which is native 1920 x 1080 it's all crisp.

This is all on ur end.

I'm also running the game at max settings ultra

Uninstall. Problem fixed, you're welcome.

Well perhaps I'm just confused then. Is this game naturally supposed to be a bit on the darker side? Because I have a hard time telling a glance in my inventory the difference between a blue and a yellow item.

If it really IS a me problem I wonder if it's a backlight issue. 55-60 on my backlight setting is a huge difference in terms of brightness, but 0-55 and 60-100 doesn't feel like much changes.
