Just like at the bottom end it is "balanced" around moving out of the way of attacks intended to one shot you.
Although corruption changes are planned, no idea what or how this will impact things though, or even if most players will reach such levels.

This is the kind of game you just level up to 100 and then go play a different character to 100 or just play something else. The whole corruption/monolith mechanic has some major flaws that will hurt replayability and sustain of the game, unless they do some serious reworks with seasonal updates.
