Detonating Arrow skill

The barrage perk from this skill does not explode cone from the back of the enemy instead it explodes to front of the enemy. If i need to explain better, it looks like the enemy does a electric attack to me when i shoot them with detonating arrow. Is it only me ? Sorry if i did mistakes when explaining English is not my first language.

It's not just you. The cone is the other way around.

Yes that's how it should be, like in the video. It's is a bug introduced with one of the last major patches.

Happening to me too, literally making my build unplayable at the moment, hope it gets fixed soon.
