Bug with Spriggan Form and Summon Spriggan

So, I've been toying with a build that transforms between Spriggan Form and Swarmblade Form while running Thorn Totems, Maelstrom, and Summon Spriggan. I noticed the bug when I started trying to get my (annoyingly) unmovable hotkeys in the forms to feel good to me with where they lay on the hotbar after making a summon swap. Since I still do occasionally swap into human form to cast my summoned spriggans spell until i further tweak my build. I wound up putting Swarmblade Form on "Q", since I'm spec'd with it to turn human form into Spriggan Form, and Summon Spriggan on my "right click", since after summoning it, the spell automatically turns into the summons spell cast and it makes it easier for me to do.

Everything played normally, swapping in and out of forms, casting spells, until i entered the next zone on the map while still in Spriggan Form. When I loaded into the next area, instead of having human form on "Q", I had the entire spell casting capability of my Spriggan Form through Q, W, E, and spacebar, however human form was missing from my hot bar completely, instead I had my summoned spriggan's spell on my right click, and no longer had anyway to transform back to human at all.

I believe a way to fix the issue, which would also solve my own personal gripe of not being able to move "Form" spells around on the hotbar while in form, would be to give them their own sperate hotbars that only show's spells tagged with the capability of being used in the particular form, allowing you to choose also where the spell falls on your hotbar instead of just having no choice at all. This would also leave open possibilities of item stats or talent nodes that could possibly tag a spell that couldn't normally be used while in a form, usable and movable on the hotbar.

Also, I'm unsure if it is related or not, nor what town i was in while i was reproducing this bug, I think it was during Thetima and The Temple of Lagon, but as well as reproducing this form bug on the next map zone, if I tried to go back to town to switch to human form, the town portal would spawn in town in an unusable location, such as inside a building or behind decoration.

Yeah, Its annoying to say at least... I've also noticed refounds i didnt ask for, like "rollbacks" on spec trees related to these forms(and also on summon spriggan's); Found myself NOT usign swarmblade form to avoid all those bugs: 1- Shortcut swap; 2- spec rollbacks;

So... Yeah. This bug still exists.
