What counts as "elemental"?
Fire lightning and frost?

Yes, Elemental is considered as Fire, Cold, and Lightning. Elemental Damage would affect all three of those damage types, whereas Elemental Resist would affect all three of those resistances.

Is funny a guy not knowing what he's doing passing the blame to the devs.

For next time, if you ever have any questions you want answered quickly, the in-game guide might be able to help you.

Press G and type in the search bar what you're looking for as it might be there (not sure if Elemental is covered).

My response was initially to the post: "Diablo wannabe without any ideas about gameplay and balance". I don't know how it ended up here, maybe a browser tab issue. Sorry for the confusion. The response of @andrew.thiele pretty much sums it up, not further insight was needed.
