Questions about Death Knights.

1. Do they cast Necrotic Mortars or is this skill limited to the "vanilla" version of the skellies mage?

2. Does Necrotic Mortar benefit from the more projectiles node (Splintered Dominion)? Also, does the Hungering Souls cast from Death Knights benefit from Splintered Dominion?

Yes they cast it, even if it's not really easy to see at first.
Can't remember if I tried it, I should test it again since I removed these two spells from death knights (they take too much time to go melee while using them).
