You can also make it permanent if you want, it will however do a lot less damage as a result, of course.
I currently have my Abomination eat 4 Skeleton Mages, 4 Skeleton Archers, and 1 Skeleton Warrior. With all nodes into most damage I can and seems to work pretty well.
And yes, it uses way more mana than I even have to summon him. Luckily, he never dies so I never have to resummon. :)
All my minions do not died except the Abomination now. But i thought one abomination does the collective damage of the absorbed minions but it seems it does not even do the damage of one skeleton warrior.
Redicules when it says it scales based on minions consumed and is the last skill to unlock as necro.
I have teh strong feeling the skill is bugged.
I have it consume only 9 minions, way fewer than most builds do, and it is extremely strong so not sure what to tell you. By far my strongest minion. Its damage scaling is insane.
