Anyone have a good list for actual "rare" affixes?

Please don't point to the tools wiki[www.lastepochtools.com] or anything of that sort. According to those 272 of the 512 (53%) prefixes are "very rare", and yet the majority drop ridiculously often so those sources can't be trusted at this point.

Does anyone know/have an actual list of "rare" affixes that are actually rare to see drop?

Most people say just +1 to level of skills, and hybrid health.

But for me there's a lot more, like penetration on amulets, pretty much any class-specific thing, a lot of the potion things on belts, etc.
