movement skills lag / not working

played sentinel to 99, and now a bear with charge, the movement skils just dont work.
50% chance either it works or i get teleported while rubberbanding or something. 1/10 use whole character gets stuck unable to move. on top adding the permanent lag while having a ping of 10ms.

sentinel with shield charge was just unplayable.

i had a horrible time fighting empowered corpse dragon , with Shield rush canceling by its own all the time , Benched Sentinal till its fixed

Can confirm. Werebear mobility skill is broken.
