is there any speed in this game?

I actually feel quite strange about the game itself. I like it.. and I dont at the same time. But there is a question that just make the game itself so... slow. And that is - how are player supposed to move fast in this game???
Cooldown on the movement skills is just driving me nuts! Is there any speed aura? Or stats? How can I make my character move faster. The locations themlselves are so big and I cant move fast enough through them.
How can I speed up in this game? Any character will do.

Like every other arpg ever made you need to stack movement speed if you want to move more quickly

Im guessing ur new to arpgs/diablo likes or ur used to poe zoom zoom style. There's not much of it in LE.

Get movement speed on boots or other gears. CDR (cool down rate). Some movement skills can have more than one charge. Allowing u to use it twice. These are very common ways to increase character move speed in arpgs

Tbh u want a zoom play style go rouge or use the class that has shield rush. Imo shield rush is the best movement skill in LE. U can easily zoom across a map once u master how to line ur self up for optimal distance.

Characters are slow as ♥♥♥♥ in this game even with movement speed affix on boots.

PoE and Greater Rifts in D3 ruined the ARPG imo. All it is now it chasing some meta build that can spam 1-2 skills over and over and breeze through all the content in seconds. If people don't have it they lose their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ minds.

fyi, you can get to stupid speeds if you get boots with twice movement speed on them. implicit and affix. and movement skills that you spec into

36% speed on boots, haste from skills plus shrines and other passive skills granting move speed later on. It's still quite slow compared to pressing a high rolled move pot from PoE lol
